A Poem for Two Voices Project - classroom
As you write your poem, make sure each point of view has its own special, unique voice. Look at the poems you read yesterday on the website. What words did the author choose to create that voice? Do you think these were good or bad choices? If you were to write additional lines of the poem, what other words could you use to create that voice? Before you continue to work on your poem, complete the organizer below to help you plan and make specific word choices. Copy and paste the following into a Google Document and share it with Ms.

From literature and self-reflection, to science and math, poems for two voices are a great way to engage young poets.
